The location near the lake was great, with the palace nearby. Rooms were nice. The rooftop dinner offered beautiful sunset views. Staff seemed friendly and helpful.

Staff was generally polite and tried their best. Requests received prompt attention. Some superiors seemed less attentive, but junior staff were eager to assist guests with needs.

Our room, the haveli, had marble floors. The bed was comfortable and large. The room offered enough space for two people and luggage. It included standard amenities.

a wonderful heritage stay
lovely room marble floor beautiful view good value
my room had no view, but it was still a lovely room. a grippy mat from the bathroom to the room might be good because there is a large step. i slipped on the marble floor after my shower. rooftop dinner provided a beautiful sunset view. the location was value for money.
Service was not great. The main course arrived too soon when i was still eating soup. i had to abandon it. it was a little buggy at dusk, so citronella candles might help.

Good stay with minor issues
fine architecture staff assistance manageable access good food
I stayed in a haveli room non lake facing and it was nice. the hotel architecture is fine and i noticed the staff always ready for assistance. i found the restaurant offers good food. Breakfast had limited options though. tuk-tuk access requires a bit of walking, but it is manageable.
the pool only has two sunbeds and i found no shade available. i thought they need to add more loungers .

the room included a kettle. there was also a fridge inside. it was empty to store my own items. the bed felt comfortable.
